Wheelchair Accessibility Project 2011

Perhaps you know someone who would love to adopt one of our wonderful kitties, but cannot access the Refuge because he or she is physically disabled. It’s time to change this and provide access for everyone to come out and give our cats an even greater chance at a forever home.
We have completed the necessary building plans and obtained permits to put wheelchair accessibility in place. Our plans include ramps and accessible bathroom facilities in the Refuge so all our patrons can freely visit, adopt and volunteer. Now comes the hard part – raising the funds to get the building started.
We need to raise a building budget of $16,000. And you can help – please donate to our Wheelchair Accessibility Project with a tax deductible donation via Paypal. Any amount is greatly appreciated and with a donation of $500 or more, we will thank you publicly with a Donor Plaque in the Refuge. Will you help us reach our goal to better serve our community?
