The Goathouse Refuge is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, no-kill animal sanctuary dedicated to providing cage-free care for cats regardless of age, medical issues or disposition until a permanent loving adoptive home can be found.

There’s a little tree stump on the Goathouse grounds next to the Kitten Cabana, and it seems to be a popular hang-out for the kitties. Maybe they know that if they sit on the stump, they’ll get their picture taken?!
