Mia’s Christmas Wish – her very own family!

When Mia came to the Goathouse in August 2010, she had a bit of sadness in her eyes and we got the sense that she had been through a lot in her life. Mia is an gentle, experienced house cat who is about 6 years old. Older cats can make wonderful companions! She is a lap kitty who doesn’t climb curtains or attack your feet under the bedcovers. She’s affectionate and though playful, is quite mellow. And, as you can see, she’s a true beauty with gorgeous eyes and a sweet face. Her tabby fur is very unique…silvery grey with some peach mixed in. She shows her gratitude for any petting and attention she gets at the refuge. As an only cat or with other pets, she makes herself at home. Help Mia get her Christmas wish this year and give her a permanent home with you.
